areyentiraidhi Posted December 6, 2022 Report Posted December 6, 2022 One simple way to rank state tax burdens is by the percentage of all state residents' total income that goes to state and local taxes. NC lo 1.1 percent property tax rate vs 2.3 percent in Texas average. So 500000 home ki NC lo year ki 5500 and tx lo 11500. So NC tax burden is 6746 plus 5500 which is 12246. And Texas is 11500. Plus sales tax is 7.25 percent in Charlotte area plus or minus 1 percent and Collin county is 8.5 percent. Overall almost similar. Ekkada job opportunities unte akkada jump avvatame 2 Quote

And Calif lo fires and drought Blizzards valla you don't have infra damage..you will be locked out inside your home.. but hail storm, tornadoes , hurricanes do huge property damage and insurance is high . Also Texas has draughts followed by heavy rains which cause flash floods ..so homes near creek have high insurance than other states Quote
