Experts and Gurus please advise on Moving from NJ to NC

Hi Guru's and Experts,

Can you please advise and suggest good places to move out from NJ to NC ?

Is it right time or wait until property or Interest rates to go down ?

I don't know anyone in NC area. Not sure which place/community  is good to look .. 

Bases on some google search asked few friends , they told me to look out in and around Harrisburg,FortMill,Concord, Weddington, Wesely Chapel, Waxha arrea.

Do you anyone have suggestion which communities are good in these location ? Where our india population is good .

My main requirement is School district with decent prices( 700k-800k)

Concord is good bro, I stayed there for few months and good schools and lot of telugu community

North, South and East charlottes antha manadhe 

north : Concord and hunterville 

            Concord counties are proposed cricket grounds In public parks, understand the desi population here 

south : fort mill 

east Harrisburg

don't buy before you move, try to rent shortest term possible in your shortlisted area , explore new builds in the surrounding  and then buy.

Pedda illu konali ani sambaram lo padi pillala future cheda godutunaru.. NC or TX schools are not better than NJ or SFO or VA. These places are expensive but think of future.. This is same living in Hyderabad vs  or remote andhra or telangana village / town
