Human greed has increased many many folds. Money your earn keep for yourself and your kids.There are many who are looking for your money and make you work for life.

1) Real Estates - Buy only affordable housing.

2)International Education - Get a international degree only if it is worth and you have some scholarship

3) Health care. Go to Gym,Eat healthy food mostly.

Only a wise many can survive.

If I am willing to take Management role with USA experience, based on interview performance TC (including stocks) 70L/annum ravochata.

Chennai lo 1200sqft villa in decent community cost 1.5cr. Total living space 1800sqft (down and up stairs).

Next couple of years lo 1.5crs home koni, oka 50L liquid cash.

Job : 60 - 75L/annum.

monthly expenses : 50k (since no rent)

Since kid has citizenship, will move in 2025.

2024 2nd half year I will wfh in India for 3months, wife and kid will stay 6months in India before final move. Everything work out aithe final move.

60-70  LPA lo 30%  taxation teeseyyi... old or new  regime lo same untundhi... shares/stocks India lo apply avvavu... its just a misleading info as of now

 

 

rest from pay perspective..you are in a very comfortable living zone/Rich Zone and nee Purchasing power is also  in  Higher zone which is good.

 

Rest yu need to  accustom is  trafffic/noise which is not that hard to adapt
