Is this good idea

Hi I got 3 houses which I brought before Covid .. now total assets value is around 2M … loan ani ponu my profit would be around 700-750k so if I sell all 3 take 700k and purchase a business company to get GC in investor category is that good idea to to do ? . Priority date vachi 2013 June ..
