Autism Services - ABA therapy, Wraparound services in Plano / Frisco Area

Hello Friends,

My 3 year old son is diagnosed with Autism and We're relocating from Pennsylvania to Texas / Dallas this summer.
Would any one please let me know the following details

1. Best Companies that provide services ABA therapy and WrapAround services near Dallas/Plano/Frisco area
2. Requirements / Insurance coverage. In PA the secondary insurance and costs are fully covered by the state for special needs kids
    In TX, does the Primary insurance cover for the services or do i need any secondary insurance? If Secondary insurance is required, whats the process to get it?
