there are many cards for lounges amex is best. you have to pay yearly fees and it is not free

week back dubai meeda travel chesa. 6 hours is not huge. by the time you get off flight, walk to departure terminal 3 by screening all carry ons, oka 1.5 hours easy ga ayipoddi. then terminal 3 lo huge shopping centers unnayi duty free vi and huge food shops including indian. nuvvu shopping chesi akkada food thinu. indian food bavuntadi try seyi. oka 3 hours itte ayipothayi. then gate daggara 1 hour mundu undali nuvvu.  so all set.

you don''t need lounge.
