You can cancel the contract and also get some money back as compensation. On of my friend recently got 35k as compensation and got out of contract. Talk to an attorney. Don’t take it easy.

Aina interest rate neku closing ki 60days varaku lock cheyalev.May be you got pre approval based on credi history. Memu contract sign chesinapudu 2.5% undey maku builder 18months delayed  memu feb 2022 closing chesinapudu 3.5% undi. Nothing in our hands. Either you come out of contract. Read your terms and consult attorney if you have any advantage.Mostly contract valla favor untundi . Manam house thondarlo anni sign kottukuntu potham

ya builders forced us to get pre approval and we locked our rates at 3.5% which is valid for 330 days for first time home buyer. Our bank is able to extend 2 more months i.e till April but builder says they can't finish before May

How did you lock the rate? Did you pay any amount to lock it or just based on prequalified they locked it?

Which lender is giving you 330 days per approval valid.Max 90 days kada . Still missing the logic bhayya .Secret endhi jara cheppu Dbians ki kuda help aitadi

Talk to ur attorney but i doubt if it helps. Builders contract lo chaala terms pedutharu. Edo okka clause use chesi thappinchukuntaru.

 

it could be a blessing for u actually. Almost all the places in USA home prices went down by atleast 10% compared to last jan. Even in bay area, ny.

In our areas, our under construction home went 200K high even now
