last yr 700K 2900sft house in Bar W Ranch was listed for 700k .. now it is listed for 600k .. and when u bargain u can get that for easily 570k ..in reality .. it will be worth like 550k or so ..

CA tho compare chesi ..60mins commute fine anukovochu kani .. for Austin it is not worth ..

also, add ~3% property tax .. CA NY tho rates compare chestunaru .. which is wrong .. becos 2yrs lo 100% increase of rates enti .. comedy kakapothe
