its good that Austin folks are smart enough to follow the market with high interest rates and Fed determined to bring prices down.

Still, Austin is the best alternative for bay area, seattle folks and it has enough tech jobs to grow in the future.

2019 lo start chesa search .. covid ragane aapesa .. 2020 Dec lo ind lo family emergency ayi had to go and stay there for 4-months, thankfully all good now .. so Andhu k not planning to buy out of peer pressure
