Maybe those full time employees will get shitty HCL benefits hence they move out (natural attrition) and rest of the folks will be layed off/fired and replaced with off shore/on shore bots 🤖. Telisinde ga.

Few FT employees will be given chance to join HCL. Vala batuku on-site lead laga. Rest of the jobs will be offshored. End of the day $$$$ saving main aim kada company ki.

Old news.. already discoed in db… most of the major companies are already doing it even tho they are having development centers in India.. they r giving gampa gutha to w i t c h companies bcuz they r pitching in such a way that their early expenses will be only 30% of what they r incurring now for their services  IT.

Maadi recent ga TCS gadu operations acquire chesadu. All of them off shore ikada resource karchu ekuva kada so they don’t want to hire  anyone here. Vadu India numbers chupichi okoka tool ki oka resource ichadu anta offshore valani. Chillar galu vala ma contracts dobbinayi
