CM gave permission for 3 days to kill all Muslims they can find ani babu bajarangi told in video . He also told modi helped him get bail .

The Train filled with KarSevaks who are going to Ayodhya, their bogies were locked and was set on fire by Muslim mobs.

Video is of sting operation by tehalka after the incident in which babu bajrangi confessed what he did and involvement of godi. However court didn’t allowed this as evidence. See from 6:35s

He was convicted and given life imprisonment for his involvement in murder of 36 women, 26 men and 35 children but was on bail since then.

In 2011 31 people involved in burning train are convicted out of which 11 got death penalty. In 2017 gujarat high court commuted death penalty to life imprisonment.
