Lots of time, work from home, so go to bedroom and beat.

Get busy in life, go to office, find ways to get tired

As I said, get busy, go out - try not to be alone in bedroom except to sleep.

Partner only available for atmost 1 time.

 

Friend is in same boat, luckily he got 2nd setup at office who is much younger and with similar sex drive.

Bossu, how old are you? Generally XXX twice/week for married ppl with kids is average antaru. After that koda inka vedi taggaledu ante, you need to immerse yourself more in household/office work.
