Gym, build your core helps.. Most of the times, physical exhaustion adds to the problem. You can try pills ... But I've to warn you once you go pill, you can't go back. He hit a jackpot - same office, diff group , downtown office with walkable condos and hotels. During covid time , they used to rent hotels on hourly ( they did it few months ) and now uses another colleagues nearby condo during lunch time. Quote

Physical fitness is must if you ask me if you want to go multiple times in a day or last long time... No pills will help you beyond some time.
