Honestly I am not very familiar with Allen Prosper or Frisco . Due to our work commute restriction, we only looked at Irving , Flower mound , Colleyville and Southlake . We moved to Southlake few months ago .

Thanks will check. Not aware of this place. Northern Dallas areas are not affordable at all. Need to look out for avg affordable places..

Downside is groceries and Indian restaurants are far away. So very less Indians stay there.
