Serious runner vi aithe go to a proper running store like Marathon Sports and do a fit test. Konni over action graphics untayi kaani that exercise is useful. 

Vaallu anni brands lo running specific SKUs matrame carry chestaru and very good also. No discounts but these are 1st grade shoes from the manufacturer - Like Nike store, factory store, TJMaxx lo Nike all are diff quality even thought listed as same model. 

Naaku last year milder form of Plantar fasciitis vachinappudu my doctor told this - vaalla daggaraki velte they ruled out a bunch of shoes and last ki Brooks wearing now even thought not so fashionable. Helped a lot in my case.

Brooks and asics are sub par sumilar to each other. You can try hoka also, whats the purpose??
