It's early 2000s. I was in school and everyone from my mom and dad side were lower middle class.

Maa amma ki 2 annayyalu. Unfortunately my ammama diagnosed with cancer and my thatha got bed ridden .

Maa Mamayyalu are personally very good people.  Even my athayalu are decent folks. Maa Ammamma is considered a very soft spoken and good human being .

Maa mamayyalu were not ready to take their parents with them bcos of wives' nasa  and my grand parents spent most of their time with us .

Maa grandparents situation worst ayyaka , Maa pedda mamayya vallu theeskellaru because it will be a matter of shame in village.

And both died with in 2-3 weeks after they left us and went to my mamayya's place. 

Fast forward , both of them have 6*2 ft picture of their parents in their home .

I am good friends with my chinna mamayya . Everytime I met him , he cried with guilt. 

Never had that convo with pedha mamayya though..,

Pellam feel audhi ani, parents ni dooram pettadam lantivi chesthe , life antha guilt ee untadhi ra abbailu..

Most of us were middle class, anytime you had to decide against taking care , think about how much they went through.

Manam mana parents baa chusinam ani mana kids return gifts iyyaru .. iyyala repu andaridi ade situation le .. just save enough to spend old age in a better old age home.
