If your only option that is mentioned on your ticket is to go to court then yes you have to go to court, or else you can just pay online but you will receive points though... in case you can prove that you were not speeding then you can fight yourself in court with appropriate proofs or also with the help of an attorney with appropriate proofs.. iddaritho Posted February 6, 2023 Report Posted February 6, 2023 It is only 12 over , get an attorney find a cheap attorney close to court and pay them 200 to 250 dollars and they will get you out and no points. you don’t go to court , attorney will manage. my wife did 32 over , made to 9 over , no points , 600 cost Quote
cameraman Posted February 6, 2023 Author Report Posted February 6, 2023 called court clerk today to know more about fine and process. She said if I pay $50 more on top of my ticket fine, it will not go on my record and asked me to stay careful about not getting another ticket for next 90 days and no need to come to court. Is this how it works? confused. Quote
Thokkalee Posted February 6, 2023 Report Posted February 6, 2023 You made a mistake.. just own it and pay the fine.. if you don’t want the points, take a safety driving course.. next renewal ki insirance oka $10 peruguddemo unless you have more tickets Quote
