Getting a massage can indeed be a great way to relieve stress and promote relaxation. Massages can help to improve circulation, relieve muscle tension, and reduce stress levels. Incorporating massages into a routine can be a great way to prioritize self-care and relaxation. It's great to hear that you've had positive experiences with different types of massages, including Ashi-Atsu. If you're interested in trying something new, you may also consider exploring other types of massage techniques such as Swedish, Thai, or hot stone massage. It's important to listen to your body and find the right massage therapist who can cater to your specific needs Quote
AvramFaind Posted January 28, 2024 Report Posted January 28, 2024 I totally agree with you on the benefits of regular massages! They're a fantastic way to de-stress and rejuvenate, especially with the pressures of work and life. It's awesome that you've made it a routine.Once a week sounds like a great frequency, and it's fun to explore different places and experience various massage techniques. Ashi-Atsu, the deep tissue barefoot massage, must have been quite an interesting experience!By the way, if you ever find yourself in Tokyo, you should definitely check out 御徒町 タイマッサージ. I tried it during my visit, and it's a unique Thai massage technique that's truly revitalizing. Quote
