Rofl google search ni chatgpt tho replace cheyyadam possible anukuntunnava? Do u think its sustainable? Google is getting revenue with ads. Inshort every link shown in google search will contribute towards ad revenue.

That is the exact reason why Google panics. If ChatGPT can give direct answer with all the details and people use that more and more, then Google will have no other option but to change their business model.

ChatGPT business model is base don subscriptions and getting some of it by partnerships with other companies (like Bing). I see no reason for them to fail at this time. If they fail, that is not based on business model but based on competition at some point.

 

They just have 375 employees and they can sell their product to a bunch of companies (replacing various existing Chatbots) and can come up with a more expansive business model with their Bing integration like finding products with better price and good quality and can come up with a virtual shopping cart by consolidating products from various vendors based on our wish list. 

 

Google on the other hand has thousands of employees and they can't change/react as quickly as  they can't cannibalize existing revenue streams.

Chatgpt will have success. No doubt about it. But expecting it to replace google search is something which is not going to happen

Didnt understand exactly, pls clarify - 

chatGPT is owned by some other company and MS is integrating in their Bing search engine? 

Cant google also partner with ChatGPT? or is there a clause that you cannot sell your product with multiple clients (Bing, Google) of same category?

or cant google come up with similar AI tech on their own?

why not....Microsoft doesnt own ChatGPT kada...they are just using the service anthe. Why not google also collaborate with chatgpt company.

again, legally chatgpt company cannot collaborate with two rivals anedi naaku theliyadhu.
