Guy on the left is bheemaneni chittibabu. He got the contract for the chittoor - Bangalore highway for 720Cr when TDP was ruling from 2014 to 2019. 

made lot of money during TDP regime with road contracts and he also made sure all bills are paid before power transferred to YSRCP.

 

he also used TDP clout to get contracts like busses for VIT Amaravathi, mess for SRM Amaravathi etc.

Thats real politics by TDP. They seem like to be elevating BCs and Cops like Atchem and PK.
