Quick question bro.I think earlier you mentioned that both you and your wife are working.Why don't you make more down payment like 40-50% so that your monthly payment is less.I am assuming you might have some savings

school district manchiga unna houses taggatam chala kastam. they are the last ones to come down. 

Go for old houses like 20 or 30yrs old you will get for some discount. 

Put some price on your requirements. School bagundali, walkable lo manchi park, 5miles radius lo desi restaurants, curry point, indian stores kavali ani requirement unte put price how much you are willing for all of those. Because some desi already calculated and paying now for those communities. And it will be like that cause every year 2L students coming to USA so no daddy listening akkada.

5% down ki house konaddu.. especially a 750K home @6% interest … remember that you will have to pay this amount (6K) every month for the next 30 years.. you will end up putting most of your monthly income towards this home.. 

housing costs will only increase as the property taxes increase year on year.. home insurance almost double ayyayi in the last 2 years.. too much expensive vaa home maintenance.. handyman ni piliste min $200 ivvali on top of repair cost.. electricity and gas charges are high too..
