None of them have PhD … all of them are pursuing time pass PhDs for band change … there are 15 regular faculty in iiit basar for 8000 students … remaining all are on contract … sanctioned regular faculty strength is 169

All govt. hospitals are run by Medicos and PG students. This will also be the same. Also, there are enough MBBS doctors who are working for 20k in private hospitals in HYD - I am sure all of them will be more than happy to work in Warangal with Govt. salaries. It just needs an efficient director (whatever you call) and ensure medicine is available and equipment also works. 

What usually happens is doctors open a private clinic and don't show interest in working in hospital. 

Medical shops brige the hospital staff to steal the equipment and free medicine etc.

From their dept page I have counted 30+ in CS dept alone, there are 13 other departments

This will operate like a super speciality hospital like NIMS, it will be a nodal center offering super specialized surgeries.

Telangana government hospitals ippudu knee/hip replacement and stunts chestunnaru, as far as Siddipet and Nizambad lanti places lo kuda last year they have done some successful surgeries of this kind for the first time. Because government is paying government hospitals for these surgeries which was not the case before, In house cheyyadamu valla they save a lot of money, replacements parts are imported and costs a bomb ($2-$5k)

majority of them are contractural faculty, I personally know one guy in that list. Even HOD doesnt have a PhD

At least they have some assets to show for the money they are spending… they are earning too.. 

look at AP and other states… they are just distributing money to people.. with no tangible benefit to the state..
