Better quality of talent, Texas lo mostly backend and routine jobs ekkuva. Austin is a bit better than other TX cities but not quite bay area or NYC standard. 

 

TX have only two good universities namely TX Austin, A&M but none of them are in same level as IVY leagues on east coast or Stanford's of west.
