These guys pay low wages , so i doubt workers could afford to live in legal accomodation near Hyderabad They have prioritized 3 areas - warangal megavtextile park, siricilla and rangareddy chandanvelly. most of the people working in the Gujarat/surat and Mumbai textile industry are from Telangana (padmashalis), majority of them are in these areas. Chandenvelly is an industrial park, welspun established flooring industry earlierand now established textiles in the same compound , textiles is something for curtains, floor mats etc. Quote

Also 89% of the land owners in Telangana own under 5 acres of land. trickle down theory antunnava, it didn't work much in india till now going by history..
