depends on the offer you got...but I am confused with lands in hyd all the times...Hydlo kabza lolli untadi kada...how are you guys able to secure it being NRI?

if you dont clearly know about potential investments in US that could give comparable returns as Hyd, keep it

Hyderabad has lot of potential for exponential growth, only worry is about encroachments.

If you are getting $ it’s a good idea. 
you can keep it long term too but consider rupee depreciation.

for example, you might have bought this land at 30L 7 years back, which is $51,000. Consider the property is now 60L, which is $72k. Your profit in India rupee is 100% in dollars it is only 41%.

500k salary naaku ledhule. Not everyone in iit is earning that much. i know many people who joined civil/mechanical after coming here who are making a lot less. i made some career mistakes too - going to PM area.

which job is paying a 1 million?

Cash it out ! Same kind of growth rate expect cheyalemu ! At the max rates can be stagnant ! Increases won’t be steep
