Already 20 yrs career done uncle..inkoka 5 to 10 max inka bongulo career edo ala ala 2 or 3 long term projects 2 to 3 yrs each set aipote permanent retirement from IT already alternatives searching ..so konchem stable low work projects set iopte best..

I worked for both Fed and State agencies. Fed has more funding, better infra, better rates, relaxed work, more decent atmosphere and happy faces. I guess Fed has better funding in any country.

State has limited funding, bad rates, poor infra and more work pressure and people look like they are stuck in a dead-end job and not happy. On my contract I saw them not even using a source control system. They furlough their own employees when the budget goes down.

Just my experiences.
