These days things are changing, many in H1b are investing in organic farming, shops in malls etc in usa and earning well. Maybe this generation understood that working in IT will yield nothing , so they are now just using IT as a catalyst for investing business or following their passion

If you don't have good contacts then no use. You need GC & Citizenn in family friends then its easy to setup. 

Every year students coming in hundred of thousands & only some people got lucky into businesses.
