Bichanaaa yetthestayaaa??? Especially mid and small sized banks idhi thattukovadam kastameee anukuntaaaa

They won’t make a cut with those low interests. Things changed too fast. They will have to sell bonds at high interest to offset their losses. Hence they need new cash flows…..

They didn’t lend loans carelessly like 2007, but alarms have started to ring

I think this time if banking collapse happens then it will be because of lending and investing in start ups.

Gone are the days of cheap capital. I don’t see lower interest rates happening for another 3-4 years or perhaps a decade. Lot of fundamentals have been going wrong for the last 4-5 years but nothing was done to check. Starting with over valuations, billions of lending to start ups, etc.

Do anyone know how SoftBank is doing these days ? I know they invested heavily in start ups literally in terms of billions. Vellaki risk business tho chala exposure vundi…

I havent been following these things for quite sometime but I’m sure soft bank’s valuations must have nose dived to half its worth.

Pre 2007 la carelessly lend chesindi consumer credit…like home loans, credit cards and personal loans. But this time, lot of these financial arms invested or lend to start ups and tech firms. Collectively chusthe this figure may run into 100’s of billions.
