@dallas_ear_rings  same question as above  ... sometimes while sitting in couch and working .. i see it goes below the RHR shown on fitbit.. ex. the RHR in fitbit is around  55 but sometimes fitbit shows 51/52 for few min while sitting/relaxing. Just want to make sure if this is normal.. 🤔

I see it’s been a while since this was posted, but I’m curious whether anyone here ended up sticking with Fitbit Premium long term. I'm thinking of trying it out for sleep tracking and guided workouts, but I wonder if the extra features really stay useful after the first couple of months. Did it keep you motivated or was it just exciting at first and then wore off?

I was in the same situation last year, my watch was on its last legs. I tried Samsung and Garmin, both have sleep tracking but not as detailed as I wanted. Ended up using something that also gave me an aftcalc score for fitness, which was cool for keeping track without extra apps.
