Naaku telisinollu kondaru used to go in the past but these days they told me all they do there is plan attacks on local Indian consulates and temples. You have to be careful in tarring the whole community for the actions of a few people Bhayya. Not all are Khalistani supporters, most of the Khalistani noises are coming from people who have left Punjab and India for good in the 80's 90's and trying to drum up support from overseas with some Pakistanis adding in the numbers. The Sikh community itself is split into Nihangs, Ramdharis, Khatris, Ravidasiyas and many more and all of them are mostly dominated by Jutt Sikhs. If you truly want to boycott a gurudwara, see if they support Khalistan or have Bindranwale posters in that gurudwara, have heard that a few in canada prominently display his posters. These can be boycotted and a message sent. If you boycott everyone then you are pretty much doing the job of the outsiders of driving a wedge between the Sikh community and Hindus permanently.
