It may be too advanced for a kid. There are drawing/sketching apps for kids at various ages and they can graduate into Procreate level later on. Quote

There are drawing/sketching apps for kids at various ages and they can graduate into Procreate level later on. i am old fashioned bro...digital art is not my kind...my son is teen...he has good understanding of art concepts as much as i do...may be more than me... this digital art is millennials interest..because it is quick... but old fashioned art is still skilled... in digital..if want particular color...its matter of seconds...with all the advanced tools... but in old fashioned way...to get the right color...the artist..should have good understanding of color theory and HSV model...and he patiently mix the basic colors to get the right one...
