Thought it could be bad in comparison to last year but better overall. Yes it’s decent increase we got 4 % and 4 % last year and this year  and as per inflation this is very less .. I am not sure how much outside offering salaries  1 Quote

It means you are at same salary level compared to last year taken. Inflation into consideration... You are making same money as you were making last year Quote
