If restricting one application per one company is possible, they would have done it already. Consultancy owners will be the beneficiaries instead of the applicants or even the govt. if current h1 model continues.

USCIS is not forward thinking.. they just change the rules as more and more instances of misuse come to light..

See the main issue behind that is a person can have multiple job offers..so there is no way that govt can restrict it

These kind of people learn and work their a$$ off do multiple jobs and pay off loans buy home before marriage buy tesla or buslas and diamond sets . Don’t overthink first clean your own a$$ ani @chikita badco telling
