IMO...building the relations is key... if it is new employer..it will take time to build the relations...some times it could be postive and some times negative too... this year...looks to me unpredictable...just like today..(how it started and how it ended...) nee existing employeer/client tho long relation vundi...so it might help in difficult times ani cheppa...
