One of my cousin came to US last year, applied H1, got it picked and approved in Oct/Nov last year. Was searching job all this while. However, got a full time opportunity now. 

Not sure if employer will provide pay slips. What do you guys suggest? If we start conversation with employer and if employer is not willing to support, what worst could happen?

Yes, payslips adugutunaru ani telusu. But employer did not give any playslips till now. Cousin vallu kuda did not asked as there there is no job yet. But W2 undi ( cos of tax filing)
