Hmm.. may be I am a bit old school that way.. I usually plan on a sticky note or a paper and send a WhatsApp msg to the group..

I do it my way as per the schedule if I go with my family..

vere friends tho velthe, I just tell them how and what we are going to do the next day and give them start time, etc.. but if I insist on following a schedule, it pisses of some people, especially the ladies.. so I started going with the flow..

Did u try creating a trip there? You can plan your travel there. It also automatically pulls your flight, hotel and car reservation from your Gmail. You can even add notes.

Alternatively you can use google mymaps to plan everything on a map.

advantages with calendar invite is…you can put more details like maps or address of the hotes..etc

and calendar will notify people with notifications…you dont have to remind them constantly….

finally calendar printouts give you overview of the trip…(which i am looking for with out manual effort..)

There are bro ... tripit. , wanderlog ,  triptile (you can do your own planning) , tripmaker.guru ... this space is already over crowded .
