I'm not even over weight...I go to gym and running regularly. AYina kudaaa lowe back issues shuruuu ayithunnayiiii...All fingers pointing at desktop lifestyle.

May be. Manchi chair theesukovali. I guess it will make a difference...I didnt change one in last 5 years.

i think so.. i am acttive but i get pain.. i am in searching mode for good chair

Apart from changing chair..Do more glute and Ab strengthening exercises..Those two helped me laot..

Correct andhuke I use couch for work. Sukham and no constipation issues that comes with chair.

I had same problem, I got standing desk and started yoga. I don’t have back pain now. I stand for 3 - 4 hours a day.

I can recommend two things. Don't be active on andhrafriends and don't buy iKEA chairs

Love da lo emundi go back to office, this model doesn't or didn't suit you, that doesn't mean Love da. WFH ante 24 hrs koorsoame kaadu, standing desk teesuko you'll see a change within a month

check spine health first or kidney stones 

workouts are useless running is useless using your own body weight and doing exercises will work very well
