Yeah hidden costs chana vuntayu… there is no end on how much we spend on house… it’s your financial comfort baaa budget vunte plan chesuko lekapote lite

Depends on how u take it.

i owned a home for several years before selling it. We did grow lot of plants in backyard. Daily atleast okka 2-3 hours backyard loney undevallam. It was good feeling. Offcourse u can get same feeling in rent houses with backyard tooo.

Unless someone has 400k above income and home worth 500k or above and interest rate 2 or below unte tappa ..house buying waste these days..home have to work for you..not other way round..homenis good for raising family but it should not become burden..

I know one someone will be paying property taxes of 39k this year.. who got sticker shock of owning home in prosper Texas built house last year..

Yes initially stressful. Lots of work. Taxes , HOA fees blah blah...but at the end of the day you are paying and working for YOUR home...so still satisfying
