Desi vendors fraud

I been submitting my profile to lot of applications since March ..two months on bench as positions are very far in between and all of them are on hold. Not even 30$-45$ positions are available to pick ..that being said a fraud has been found 

Weird fraud happened today..

 

I submitted my job application with American recruiter  frontman_1992 @ Hotmail for a job.. 

 

Someone (desi vendor I guess) created a job profile with my resume dl and license  submitted details with a new email frontman111 @ gmail 

my American recruiter told me that some recruiter who I earlier submitted has my  photo id and they are submitting job applications using my photo id and all with a candidate from India. Since we both applied for same job at same time he was caught..not sure how identity thefts like this happen. She is not able to share that other person details as he only submitted through Gmail

I need to report that person .. since because he is genuinely spoiling my submissions with duplicates . 100% big time fraud

My frnd was direct victim... Submitted to same position with multiple vendor . After RTR is filled .. my frnd didn't submit to the position though.. 

 

Shared DL ssn h1 ...  

 

All dandha is going on from India..
