Even a disorderly conduct which is like a very minor offense/infraction has only 15 days of jail time. It won't show up on background checks even if he wants to work in the US and prospective employers won't be able to see it on the reports (USCIS can see everything). Unless it affects his future entry into the US as a tourist that relates to Immigration Law...
