Ninn meeting lo…business user adigindhi…why is this taking time to load ani….ok offshore vaadu antunnadu…..table has 2 million records…db is taking time and we are increasing ram antunnaadu….arey table ki index lu emanna vunnaya ante….NO annaadu……mundhu index sangathi chudi next ram chudandira ayyaa annaa…..but they just ignored my statement but bumped ram…stilll same issue

They may be existing since a decade but not in your project right. First KT tho start ayyaka Off shore managers  ki pressure and strategy is to get a foot hold in to your project and slowly  create dependency. All they need is one resource with end to end knowledge and migatha dhi antha junior rss tho nadipinchochu.. see  in 2 years time it will majorly consist of Offshore  and Onshore will be only like coordinators between business and them. This is a ruthless model and if your offshore is  a witch company it is much less time than what I stated above.

 

I have been in both the scenarios. Dissatisfied with offshore when I was in US. When moved back, I was directly given Kind of Managerial position with target  to strengthen Offshore by my onshore manager then. ippudu akkada 10% team, ikkada 90% team
