When the Kolkata flyover collapsed in 2016, leaving 26 people dead, PM Modi said the Kolkata flyover tragedy was "God's message to people to save Bengal from the TMC".

bridge paditpotundi ani ee video batch ki ela telusu exact time ki akkada unnaru, this is not even recorded in CCTV

I read that the locals were noticing lot of swaying and cracking noises from the bridge when winds started blowing hard 

Everyone was waiting for it to collapse for sometime 

Lots of such projects in India where govt intitiates  work and stops it midway for lack of funds 

Construction projects such are bridges/flyovers will not survive if you stop construction midway unlike roads or buildings
