if not this year, at least EB1 can hope for next year. EB2 and eb3 are screwed badly.

In the past unused visa is to go from EB1 to EB2. Going forward there will be no overflow from EB1 to EB2 India.

there will not be any flowing into EB1 as well

all testers from witch companies are now filing as EB1, EB1 will get as bad as EB2 very quickly

world wide demand will spike too resulting in no excess visas to EB1

Max velte 2010 and 2011 loki untayi ..they will only try to flush out any 2010 and 2011 eb2 and eb3 candidates..this itself could take atleast 3 to 4 years considering this slow pace ..still so many ppl talking about not getting gc yet in 2010 and 2011 in trackitt..and personally I know few who spouse did not got gc and some cases children did not get gc yet..

Even last two years movement (2021 and 2022) they could have moved progressively by flushing 2010 and 2011 and could have kept dates at 2012 and 2013 but rather to generate millions of  income from 485 131 765 applications/ renewals.. greedy u s c i s moved dates until 2015 and generated gcs randomly even 2014 ones..sending some void gcs recently saying they got gc when pd is not current..to be Frank they f***ked up our community life for a decade royally..

Vaste happy kada man..I have manay many friends in late 2015 and 2016 pd friends they will be super happy I will be super happy for them..but with the way things looking like as of today it's not looking that progressive way atelast..tomorrow covid type virus may come  and usa closed borders to fb based immigration then it may happen..
