Solution is very simple.. all these desi recruiters working from noida , Delhi etc have no access to Facebook at their work place.. only LinkedIn is their option to goof time.

So they bring cringe Facebook posts to LinkedIn. Just remove them from your LinkedIn connection the next time you see them sharing something very absurd and don't belong to linkedin.

True that

welcoming our baby posts.ani evaro posted inka religious posts kooda pduthunnayi

Yes. MS should put some moderation on LI posts before the professional platform turns gabbu !

Mana desi gallaki entha insecurity ante i will consider them hopeless and lost cause. Ekkada ee topic maatladalo idea undadhu..Anyone crticizing a little bit they will start taking personally and abuse them. Same attitude i see in facebook, linkedin, quora, expats forum and blind.

Recently in Blind i saw a post

" I am newly married and how do i approach my wife for s$x. Its 2 months now anta"

See lot of single posts, unhappy marriage posts and lots of hate towards a gender.

I think there is something deep rooted problem with the desi mindset and i think somehow this stems from a sexually frustrated life.

My social media routine is pragmatic. I use one network for job news and another for local buys like furniture or bikes. That second use case is where I learned to slow down. A listing looked great and the seller responded fast, but the pickup time kept shifting and the story around the item changed twice. I paused, asked for fresh photos with today’s date and proposed a public meetup. That extra friction likely saved me a headache. To understand how others protect themselves I read accounts on https://facebook-marketplace.pissedconsumer.com/review.html and look for patterns around deposits, no shows and disputes. My current playbook is simple: keep conversation in the app, verify serial numbers when possible, and never prepay. The goal is not to distrust everyone, just to build habits that make the rare bad interaction low risk.

It’s good for everyone in next few years people will stop using LinkedIn citing all these dramas.

employers will stop posting jobs. It ill become monster or dice soon.

@Moon_Walker I block most of the posts by Indians. They are filled with inciting fake pride, fake news and already known things claimed to be theirs. The more we see these posts the feedback algorithms show similar content. Assoles make money and gain popularity at the expense of our brains or circle.  I follow this rule everywhere including YouTube and X.

Some of the Indian influencers are cancers to society.
