Not to dissapoint you but just sharing my opinion.

manual testing/automation positions will reduce significantly in coming years. More & more companies are moving towards a process where dev will write both unit tests & e2e tests.

Learning cucumber drool engine creating functional test cases and working with rule engine might increase ur chances

I'm not a tester..some level you are right..devs kuda sarigga test cheyatam ledu too many bugs..anduke inka testers required..complete automation vaste 5 devs  ki oka tester chalu

Our current ratio is 1pm, 2qa for every 20 swe’s.
