cook pettuko bro. Nutritionist suggestion teesukunte shopping nunchi cooking and cleaning motham vaalle chestaaru. Nothing is more hygienic than cooking at home and knowing you are getting your own groceries.

Morning breakfast, lunch ,coffee etc. cook chesi veltadi malli evening chapati and if needed a curry chesi veltadi bro.. Ameerpet lo.. 7k per month

Get yourself a cook....even if it costs 15k per month. Don't get food from outside. u don't know what type of oil & ingredients they use. At the end, they all have profit motive. Only you care about yourself. They don't. 

Buy yourself groceries & if possible Vegetables.
