My parents in India are sick, so I ordered them a lunch/dinner meal. They delivered lunch and although the yogurt turned and food wasn't overall great, I understood that not everything can be perfect and I was fine with it. For dinner, not only do they forget to deliver, they claim I never ordered it. Upon insistence, they re-checked and blatantly said the delivery boy forgot and can't deliver it now. The person on the call was Vijay...

I understand logistical errors but he didn't even sound for the mistake and absolutely didn't care. My parents are sick and they don't have dinner because Home's kitchen doesn't care about the people they feed - this is beyond just a bad service because it hurts me that I can't help my parents with food.

I was planning on ordering a monthly service and I'm extremely glad I didn't. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
