Not Prosper ISD school district, It is either Denton ISD or Melissa ISD or Celina ISD. That is also ok but my question is, is it ok to buy at 600-640K price range for 2900-3000 sq ft homes. Traffic is pathetic and don’t think it will improve. Melissa or celina are good Quote

Builders offering rates for 1st year 2nd year etc...all looks good now..but interest rate down the lane thaggaka pothe get ready to pay heavy price down the lane..
