Dilemma in purchasing a new home in Dallas.. Please advise vayyas. Browsing some homes in Melissa, Union park and Celina. Not Prosper ISD school district, It is either Denton ISD or Melissa ISD or Celina ISD. That is also ok but my question is, is it ok to buy at 600-640K price range for 2900-3000 sq ft homes. Please advise or throw some light.

Avoid Denton ISD and homes around it. Traffic is pathetic and don’t think it will improve. Melissa or celina are good

Honest suggestion is not to buy in this market. Builders offering rates for 1st year 2nd year etc...all looks good now..but interest rate down the lane thaggaka pothe get ready to  pay heavy price down the lane..

And house value thaggithe lakkoleka peekoleka chastav..

try wilson creek too. i would not go for aubrey. celina is much better investment. 

wait till november or december if you can wait.

Celina 600k for 3000sqft is very reasonable

Avoid Dallas first.
