Mckinney side better.. 2% ey property tax..verey deggara it is higvher and HOA's are also very high in some communities. 

Mckinney is more developed compared to celina, melissa and Anna. People from frisco are moving towards Mckinney rather than propser or celina.

sutton fields lo thakkuve unnayi cost. prosper isd too.  try wilson creek too. i would not go for aubrey. celina is much better investment.  wait till november or december if you can wait.
