depends ba.. Actual value means the cost of home based on the location, square footage, school district, condition of the home and upgrades the owners made to the home. 

Last 2 years lo some homes with even basic upgrades sold for premium pricing but ika mundu alanti aatalu saagavu.

2005 ki 2023 మద్యలో America printed almost 18 trillion. Doubled the debt. Property values had to be inflated. Maybe interest rates will come down , not the price (small fall upto 10%)

anything cant happen overnight i feel it would take atleast 2-3 years for the real change imo
